The "Junk Ordinance" shown below has been merged with the Property Maintenance Code of New York State.  Our Zoning Officer is now also the Code Enforcement Officer and has the same power as the County to observe, cite, and ultimately fine violators of the NYS Code. Fire inspections for rental properties are now also under the aegis of our Zoning/Code Officer.
